Positive: We loved the proximity to hiking in Semmering and to stores and eateries in town. The host were gracious and allowed us to check in when we arrived ahead of schedule. The building has been nicely renovated, and our room was comfortable and well appointed.
Negative: The location is near two well-traveled roads, and we were surprised to hear so many motorists passing by at all hours of the night. With the windows open for cooling, we had trouble sleeping. Despite the beautiful mountain view we booked, in retrospect the garden side is likely quieter.

Positive: I enjoyed absolutely everything about my stay. Only the view from the window was enough to give the highest rating, but beside that my room was exceptionally clean, location is absolutely perfect, and the whole surroundings are quiet and peaceful. Another thing I want to compliment is the amount of available amenities: everything I needed was present exactly where I expected to find it, I think the owner put plenty of thought into that, and I'm genuinely impressed of how well-thought everything was.

Positive: This was the perfect place to stay, I have stayed in many places with private hosts, but this was by far the best place I have been to. I loved everything about it, the persons behind it should open a hotel or more guest houses
