Positive: Es ist wirklich schwer eine faire Bewertung zu schreiben. Location, Haus, Zimmer, Frühstück alles war sehr gut. Ein gut sortierter Getränke-Kühlschrank im Foyer immer sehr gerne in Anspruch genommen. Auch wenn ich persönlich eine kontaktlose Ankunft und Schlüsseltresor nicht mag, hat es hier gut funktioniert. Es war sogar noch eine Hauswirtschafterin vor Ort, die uns freundlich den günstigsten Weg zum Abstellen der Fahrräder erklärte. Aber...

Negative: Das Warmwasser im Zimmer funktionierte nicht. Wenn es nicht der heißeste Juni-Tag gewesen wäre, hätte mich das noch mehr gestört. So etwas kann vorkommen. Aber: Eine Voraus-Information und ein Angebot das Zimmer zu stornieren wäre angebracht gewesen. Und am Telefon bei der Störungsmeldung bitte nicht sagen: Einfach länger laufen lassen. Das hatten wir schon ausgiebig probiert. Kleines Kritikpünktchen, hatte für und keine praktische Relevant: Bei kontaktlose Ankunft sollte die ausgefüllte Gästekarte auf dem Zimmer vorzufinden sein.

Positive: A lovely hotel in beautifully renovated building. The rooms are spacious, fresh, clean, and well appointed. Super friendly and helpful staff. A very nice breakfast buffet. The location is ideal; right in the heart of Pirna old town within a few minutes walk to so many restaurants and bars. The parking garage is great for leaving your car if you are walking the Malerweg. We were very happy to stay here for the second time. We definitely recommend.
