Positive: The things we liked, the location was quite, easy to find with a sat nav, key was in the door so no need to search for it, Flat had its own parking space which was really good, host seemed really nice when they spoke to my husband, kitchen had everything you needed, shower and tub was great- good water pressure and nice hot water, really enjoyed that, single bed in living room is comfortable, Host also went above and beyond when we figured out that property was advertised as two bedroom but was only one with additional bed in living room offering for us to cancel without charge, we just could not accept offer as we did not have enough time to find alternative

Negative: Ours situation was an exception, property was booked because description was incorrect we needed 2 bedrooms but it had one bedroom and a living area with a sleep sofa and one single bed, host did offer to cancel few days before arrival free of charge but it was too late to find alternative, as property is in the basement which I did not see either, stairs are really steep, so not just my elderly sister in law also I struggled with the stairs, On arrival we saw a dehumidifier on, which was extremely loud and we were unsure if this needed to run or how long because there was no instruction. when you come into the hallway of the flat, there is a very strong smell (not sure if its paraffin or similar) which you were also able to smell in the flat if the dehumidifier wasn't running for a few hours, it seemed. Double bed and sofa were a little hard, but the single bed seemed comfortable, we were not on the flat during the day, but when kids ran shelf on the wall does rattle and shake,
