The apartment has a daylight bathroom with toilet, shower and bathtub, two nice bedrooms with a double bed (160 and 180 cm wide) and a living room with dining area and a modern kitchenette (with fridge, oven, ceramic hob and microwave).

Summary: Lovely flat located a minute walk from bus stop. Easily take the bus to downtown Würzburg. Close to a bakery, restaurants, and a short walk to grocery stores. Very spacious home with everything you need for your stay away.

Summary: Nicely furnished large and spacious apartment. The landlord was easy to communicate with. In the day we arrived he was very kind and allowed us in before noon as we were already in town. This was great. We were very pleased with the big living/dining room, with a gorgeous large wooden dining table and a bey comfortable and beautiful leather sofa. The room has large tv screen with some non German channels (which we depended on). The nice and quiet balcony is certainly great when weather permits (we only had one warm weekend as it was late fall). The kitchen is well equipped, the two bedrooms are large and nice. The bathroom is also large and provides a bath tub as well as a good shower and floor heating! On the ground floor there are washing machines for common use. We liked our stay as it was easy to walk to the university and easy to drive to down town Wuerzburg. There are several grocery stores in walking distance (if one wishes to walk along a small river, a pleasant walk to do the grocery shopping by foot). We had troubles with the internet for a few days and then with the TV. The landlord was responsive and committed and managed to solve the issues rapidly. So overall we had a nice stay in a large and nicely furnished apartment in a quiet town.

Summary: Very comfortable beds, big bathroom, well sized for four adults. We loved the church black ringing. Convenient cafe next door and excellent local restaurants. The Italian one was about a ten minute walk away and was excellent.

Summary: Lovely, very spacious, clean apartment, good layout as one bedroom at each end of the apartment. So easy to access Wurzburg on the regular bus which is right outside the apartment. Excellent local amenities within walking distance. Just a few (very small) negatives; rather basic facilities in the apartment i.e. no iron or ironing board, lack of some basic kitchen equipment, no wardrobe in second bedroom and only one mirror, ladies like mirrors. Bus time table was there but not up to date. Very small outside area for guest use. Debate on the church bells which peeled very early each morning, did disturb 2 out of 4 in our party the other 2 loved them!
