Positive: We had a wonderful stay here! The owner was incredibly kind and generous - he kindly picked us up from the train station for free, which we truly appreciated. The room was very comfortable, and everything felt warm and welcoming. We had the view of Mount Fuji from our room. The public bath was great - such a relaxing and memorable experience. We absolutely loved our stay and would happily come back again!

Positive: There is so much to like here it is hard to isolate just one thing. The location is peaceful and scenic, the staff is friendly and the food is superb. Overall an excellent place to stay.

Negative: The only drawback to this hotel is the remoteness. When I arrived I landed at 9 pm in Haneda. The trains out to Yamanashi had stopped running and it took over 2 hours to take a cab to arrive.

Summary: Relaxing and enjoyable. I will come back here again.
