Summary: Receptionist didn't seem friendly but was still courteous. the room was generally clean but the light had a lot of dust on it so cleaning staff should look up too. Hot water pressure almost non existent. Breakfast was very good and made to order. I was in room 7 just off reception. Luckily the hotel itself is quiet but it's at street level so it may be a bother. Hotel lists itself as four stars but should really be two given lack of water pressure, lacking in cleaning details and lack of good soap and shampoo. Would stay again but ask for a room upstairs.

Summary: The room was cold, there's no way to turn on the heat inside the room. The hotel decides when/whether to turn on the heat, it doesn't matter you feel cold or not. The blanket was thin, must be used for all seasons, I had to wear socks and fleece jacket to sleep(outside temperature was about 0 to 10C degrees). Other things are ok except the coldness.

Summary: Rooms are very hot. No air conditioning and no elevator. Only 1 fan available, so get it early or you're out of luck. Easy and free overnight parking, but expensive daytime parking in their lot. Breakfast was nice, but not a lot of options (order at restaurant, not a buffet). Convenient location, close to major sites. Friendly staff, but not very knowledgeable.

Summary: Olomouc is a medium sized city in Moravia. We lucked out finding this quiet, private pension close to the historic city square.
