Summary: This property is about 18 minutes from the airport and away from the main downtown area. Basic accommodations with continental breakfast. No dining other than a food truck and a couple of take out pizza places. Manager was friendly but not always readily available to answer questions.

Summary: Pension Pare Lodge was amazing. Very clean and friendly staff. The environment at Pare was serene and relaxing. We loved the pool, the chickens and their antics, and the cute dog. I would highly recommend Pension Pare Lodge.

Summary: We are so happy we stayed at this property. So much nicer than a resort. A very local place. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. For our continental breakfast, all fruit was grown on the property. Delicious. Arno was fabulous and helped us take the bus to Papeete and directed us to the food trucks. Lovely grounds and a wonderful pool. Stay here if you want to get a real taste of the island of Tahiti! Thank you!

Summary: The staff (especially Louis) were extremely friendly and helpful. They ensured we had a fantastic time exploring the island and facilitated many opportunities for us (i.e. ferry to Mo'orea, car rental, safari tour). The property was very clean and private. It felt like being invited into someone's home. Breakfast was delicious each day and Louis took note of the fruits we enjoyed the most and ensured we always had that on our plates. We highly recommend this lodge to anyone traveling with or without kids.

Summary: Louis who runs Pare Lodge is absolutely amazing and helpful with everything, definitely the hostess with the mostest! We had beautiful fresh fruit and pastries everyday of our stay and it was just beautiful.

Summary: Great lodge! Friendly staff and very helpful. Lovely garden and swimming-pool, nice breakfast. Will definitely stay here again, when back in Papeete. The place is very clean and they have lots of space, for car parking, in case you are coming with a car. They have transfer service to and from the airport and safari and all kinds of excursions can be booked through them too. Looking forward to be back there again.
