Positive: We arrived in the evening after cycling 90km from Tokushima, and we couldn't have been happier to be welcomed with an amazing meal, a clean and comfortable room, welcoming staff, hot baths, and beautiful location on a bay. 110% would stay again.

Negative: Nothing, this was a great stay.

Positive: The staff were very friendly and the setting was so beautiful. I walked from the train station so if you are travelling without a car don’t take much luggage. My room was large and had a separate sleeping area as well as a private terrace. I was able to eat dinner on the first evening which was delicious as was the breakfast (with fresh bread from the on-site bakery). So quiet at night and appreciated the sky full of stars and the sound of gentle waves in the bay below.

Negative: May be me not reading the fine print but we'd hoped restaurant was open. no dramas went to a local and got great takeaway. redeemed by an awesome brekky!

Positive: Amazing pension area with private beach. We had a family room with sea view, it was very comfortable, clean and cozy and had a balcony. We heard the sea all the time which was amazing. Every night dinner was different and it was amazing each time. The best food we had in hotels in Japan!!! The hosts were also very friendly. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Positive: Nice to be by the sea and have a little private beach. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was wonderful and the staff were so helpful on arrival. View of the sea was lovely.

Negative: We stayed in one of the rooms overlooking the sea which are fine except no doors between the bedrooms and seating area. It was expensive for two people for what it was but if you are four or a family I bet this place is perfect especially in the Summer if you want to stay and play on the beach.

Positive: The location of this hotel was exceptional. The breakfast was absolutely some of the best that I had in Japan - complete with homemade breads, granola, and more. The staff was also very kind to us, even for those folks that there was a language barrier. I honestly just loved this place!
