Positive: Heating was excellent & the hot water too, with the exception on the day I left (18th january 2026) when, with just a few hours before my leave, a technical fault occured and the heating wasn't working anymore & hot water wasn't getting hot or not even warm anymore.Without this unforeseen fault occuring, I loved the heating conditions!

Negative: Fridge not working. The socket wasn't properly attached to the wall. TV not working, though, this wasn't a big problem for me personally, as I was out of the room for even more than 3 quarters of the day during my stay here.

Summary: Overall : I liked it. The venue looks really nice. All the staff were helpful & willing to help out.
