Positive: Very cozy, comfortable and large family room with a balcony. Well maintained huge garden with a lovely roofed outdoor sitting area, where you can also make BBQ. Even though parts of the building are made from wood, the room was surprisingly soundproof. There is also a handy kitchen inside, with all important utensils you need.

Negative: Although the check-in times seem limited to 13-16hrs, the friendly owners were flexible for a late check-in at 20hrs.
