Positive: The staff was wonderful and very helpful in assisting us from the boat to the property. The food was absolutely amazing, and the bed was incredibly comfortable!

Negative: The only downside was that the beach was a bit far.

Positive: Nice and clean would be my description of the location. The food is fresh and very tasty. The cats of the house make your day 🙂

Negative: The communication could be better 😊. Nothing major, but I believe the rules of the house should be clearly communicated at the check in- what is considered extra and needs to be paid. I found unpleasant to be called to change my booking period, close to the date of the trip, although my booking was made one year ago.

Positive: We found the property and rooms as advertised. The rooms were spotless, clean and good size. Same is true for the dining/living area and yard. From the moment I booked the accommodation I exchanged multiple emails and phone calls with the property owner, Mrs Luciana. She was very helpful, advising us regarding parking, boat transportation, boat trips, etc. Also, she was very flexible and offered multiple solutions when due to personal reasons we experienced some problems on our long journey to the destination, which resulted in significant delay. A massive thank you to Lena coming to meet us at the ponton on our arrival, taking our luggage & us with the triciclu to the property. Same when leaving. Lena and the rest of staff members made us feel welcome. The breakfast and meals were plenty, generous and tasty. With the exception of one member of our group we were very pleased with our stay & experience, including food, accommodation and service. For all genuine nature lovers and people who like simple things in life, Sfantu Gheorghe is a memorable place to visit.
