Positive: Super warm, the bedsheets are silky, well equipped kitchen, the host is friendly and ready to help when is needed, the balcony has a nice view (2nd floor, apt A3)

Negative: The floors are rather thin so bring earplugs for the night, the kitchen is missing an electric kettle
