Positive: This place is great! It is close to the sea and beautiful empty beach. What is more, the Host (Viorel) is super nice and helpful. I truly recommend to visit EVIA :)

Positive: The accommodation is quite new and looks very good. The door opening and closing mechanism offers a lot of autonomy. There are surveillance cameras and available parking. The room looks great, located in a quiet area, and is no more than 800 meters from Corbu beach and the Răsărit complex.

Negative: I would have appreciated being informed not to rely on Google Maps for directions to the accommodation, as the road is very poor. If you use Waze instead, you can save about 20-25 minutes. Even though the accommodation looks nice, the lack of breakfast included made it seem pricey for what was offered. Although it’s a “wild” area, the surroundings are quite neglected (typical of Romanian beaches). I would have preferred that the gentleman responsible for welcoming guests not be so insistent on showing me the room (I know how to use a coffee machine or plug in a refrigerator) and not to repeatedly insist, like a broken record, on closing the doors behind us. Additionally, I would have liked him not to insist on sharing his life stories during my relaxation time. I recommend that some interactions be more transactional, as sometimes guests are tired and not in the mood for conversation. Perhaps in the future, this aspect of communication skills could be improved.
