Positive: Florin and Ileana were amazing, very attentive and friendly. They gave us info about things to do in the area and booked for us a trip with a boat on the Danube.The property is clean and the pool was lovely.

Negative: Some unfriendly attitude of lady of the house. But i suppose it were mere a language problem. Not problem. But I needed to put something here and did not find anything else ,;-).

Positive: Stunning location, really one of the most breath-taking places we have ever been in all our travels. It's a family ran business and they were warm and welcoming. It is such an idyllic spot and truly tranquil. The hotel was modern and spotless and the pool was incredible, they even gave toys for our children. Despite it being the height of summer, it wasn't at all crowded and I really recommend eating there too. We did eat out in the area, but our best food was actually at the hotel.

Summary: Idyllic, stunning location, warm and genuine owners.

Positive: We liked everything here. Everything was simply amazing: 1. Location - perfect (right across the Danube river, on the Serbian side, is Tabula Traiana - with enough zoom you can film it or take photos from the terrace or balcony) 2. Rooms - very, very clean and nicely designed with some nice fixtures. Balconies all face the Danube and since on this side of the road you are higher up, the view is better than it would be from the other side which is closer to the river but much lower. The panoramic view is amazing and relaxing. Personally I prefer a better view, this amazing view, rather than having the opportunity to dip my toes in the Danube. Bathrooms were spotless and equipped with modern shower cabins with lots of buttons. It's worth noting that TVs in the rooms are much bigger than I've seen in other locations' rooms. Not that you would want to watch much TV here, but it's something noteworthy. 3. Food - excellent. The food is cooked and served by the owners and the ingredients are fresh, not frozen stuff. Honestly the food here was better, much tastier than in some standalone restaurants. The menu is obviously limited but there are still enough items on the menu that you won't need to repeat your ordered meals (over a few days at least), unless you want to. 4. The pool - was always clean and is a great plus especially for kids. Our daughter was thrilled she had the chance to play in the pool. 5. Last but not least - The Owners. They are calm, nice people and always trying to help you or give you advice on what to visit nearby. They made us feel like home. The owner Florin always made time to chat with us or with other guests while we were on the sipping our drinks on the nice terrace overlooking the Danube. He even reserved us spots on a boat tour to visit the Danube Gorges (+the other attractions). In my opinion they are an example of how a family business should be run.

Negative: The bathrooms didn't have shampoo or shower gel like other locations have. However you can always bring your own if you want. Or you can simply use the soap provided.

Positive: The location is great, you can admire the Danube from the terrace. The room was perfect, with really comfy beds. The hosts were very friendly. Florin gave us a lot of information about the places to visit around. The food was homemade by Florin's wife and was worth the time to wait. Thank you!

Negative: In the bathroom was a smell from the pipes.
