Positive: Clean room, nicely furnished, comfortable bed. Didn't even meet the staff at checkin, we just got the instructions online, it was really easy to get in. Dedicated parking spots in front of the entrance. Properly equipped Kitchen on the ground floor available for guests with fridge, coffee machine, etc.

Negative: Nothing really to complain about, if I could suggest one minor improvement: install mosquito nets. It's difficult to let fresh air in during the evening.
