Positive: The location was excellent, loved the top floor location. We could sit out in the sun by day and enjoy the ocean waves at night! The 2 br/2ba/2 kitchen combo unit fit my adult children, and their families perfectly. Oceanwalk itself is incredible- the 3 pools, the shops nearby, and right by the pier and nighttime activities were great for my adult children and grandkids 2 and 5 loved it.
Negative: We did have a problem with the air-conditioning, but the owners were very prompt and had someone working on it almost immediately.

Positive: This property has all the ementies of being close to everything, the facility had lots to do. Parking was easy and efficient in the parking garage. double room was spacious with two LR's, 2 bedrooms, and 2 kitchens. Balcony on 19th floor was nice. A/C worked good. Overall a very nice stay in a nice apartment/caondo.
Negative: The unit needs just a few updates, but really nice for the size and price during three days in October.
Summary: All you need for a small group in Daytona....

Negative: North tower had wristbands to get in everywhere but we had to deal with and worry about our key cards
Summary: Had a great time and would stay again only in a lower level
