Beautiful penthouse in Building 11 of the Gran Vía just a few meters from the square of Spain plant. Completely renovated, all brand new, excellent quality and amenities. Stunning views.
The apartment has 120 square meters have been refurbished in the very Gran Via in Madrid, in a landmark building, just a few meters from the Plaza of Spain. The apartment is soundproofed and has a large terrace with stunning views of the city. So central that you can walk to all the attractions of the city.
The building has three lifts and a doorman weekdays.
The apartment has three bedrooms, two with double bed of 150 cm and the other with two single beds. All rooms come with wardrobe and TV, and one of them is a safe where they can store valuables.
There are also two bathrooms with shower gel and shampoo provided.
The property is complemented by a full kitchen with refrigerator, microwave oven with grill, induction hob, dishwasher and all the necessary utensils.
In addition to the indoor dining room, the apartment has a large terrace with wonderful views over the Gran Vía with its tables and chairs to dine on the terrace.
The living room has a sofa bed 140 cm for two additional guests.
All rooms have air conditioning and there is wireless internet with exclusive access to 20 Mb.
The apartment comes with sheets and towels.

Summary: My family of 5 spent 5 nights in this apartment while visiting for a wedding. The location was convenient for food and shopping, yet high above the street we barely heard much noise as we'd experienced in other cities. Two of the bedrooms were not on the street side, so that helped I'm sure. The apartment was VERY clean and had the right amount of space for us all. We found our family in the floor below us, also with the same host- they were also very happy with their apartment. Would definitely recommend any unit with this host.

Summary: Had a wonderful experience/stay in Madrid. Apartment is very centrally located, close to metro and walking distance from all major shopping, attractions and neighborhoods. Alfonso and his staff were amazing, responded immediately, gave excellent recommendations for restaurants and local places to explore. Everything was well stocked and exactly as promised. Would recommend highly. Thank you for a great stay.

Summary: If you are looking for a professional property manager (thanks Alfonso), spacious apartment with REMARKABLE terrace overlooking the city and a quiet oasis after a busy day of sightseeing - this is your place. My friends consider me pretty picky, and I have nothing but good things to say about my experience here. Definitely one of the TOP 3 stays in my long history of travel. What a perfect find!

Summary: Three couples stayed in apartment in October 2024. Location was central to most neighborhoods, sites and metro lines. Cafe just outside the door. Asked for 3rd set of keys (1 for each couple) and received them the next day. A bit noisy with construction occurring in the building but otherwise a great stay in Madrid.
