Summary: This is the first time I’ve given a low rating to this property, which I’ve stayed at multiple times and usually enjoyed. Unfortunately, my most recent experience felt different—something was missing, particularly the personal touches and attention to detail that I’ve appreciated in the past. It’s possible this was an isolated incident, perhaps related to booking through Expedia, as some hotels tend to assign less favorable rooms for third-party reservations. I hope this serves as a constructive red flag for management. I truly value this property and would love to see it return to the high standards that made me a repeat guest.

Summary: Beautiful property with a very luxurious feel. Staff were all incredibly friendly and accommodating. The piano in the lobby at night was a lovely bonus. Rooms were cleaned daily and water/chocolates provided in the evenings. Everything was clean and the rooms were very quiet. We were on the first floor directly across from the breakfast/brunch room - we like to sleep in late and we were never woken by noise in the morning. Location was excellent, right across from a nice little coffee shop and a market. Walking distance to the centre of town and easy access to transit. Could not recommend it more. I will definitely be back the next time I am im Madrid.

Summary: well first of all when you walk in the door it smells amazing. You don't touch your bags, they got us into our room hours early. The area around the hotel is so quaint and trendy and convenient. we were in a suite which was beautifully furnished I definitely recommend. this is our second time at URSO and we will be back
