Summary: After reading some reviews that came in after we booked this property, I was concerned. But, I am happy to report there was no need to be concerned. The property was clean, well maintained, well-stocked, and exceeded our expectations! We stayed with our family for several nights for our daughter's wedding which was being held just around the corner. We hosted the rehearsal dinner at the penthouse and it was a hit. The views are beautiful, the penthouse is fun and nicely decorated, and the location is excellent. Yes, someone clearly lives in the penthouse when it's not being rented so there are clothes in the closet and food in the refrigerator, but there was plenty of space for our entire group and our guests including all of the party food and supplies we brought in. Brian was responsive and helpful and seemed happy to share his space. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it for hosting a small gathering or just a unique stay in the heart of Denver.

Summary: Layout for a party is fantastic, but there are only 2 bedrooms and it is listed as 3. We had 3 adult couples in town and it was less than ideal. I “slept”on a kid sized blow up mattress in an office with no blinds while my husband “slept” on the couch also with no blinds. Inconvenient elevator situation when hosting a party. Guests have to be brought up to the penthouse with a special elevator key. Nice 360• view of Denver but the patio is kinda on the verge of being dangerous and cluttered with weird things. Refrigerator was completely full with no space to put any food for our grad party. We ended up leaving a night earlier than expected to sleep in a proper bed.

Summary: Overall, the stay was pretty much exactly what we were expecting. The visit was pleasant and the accommodations were great. You cannot beat the views. The bathrooms were awesome and the rooms were as expected. The amenities were awesome, fridge, stove, etc It looked like some work was still being done, but he is making it into a great spot. Only thing I would say is that it really doesnt sleep 8 people, we had 8 males and we doubled up in the two beds and couldnt fit another on the third bed. Two on the couch. The third was a kind of a futon near the master, we just didnt wanna put our weight on it.

Summary: Our family really loved this place. The location is great, the condo well appointed, and Brian is a very communicative and helpful host. The views atop the terrace are spectacular. The beds were very comfortable. We hosted a small party during our stay and it was very commodious. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Such a cool place with awesome features and great views. I was able to have a couple small get togethers with friends and family surrounding some other events we had in town. A lot of fun and everyone loved the place. Brian was also super communicative and there to help with abything we needed.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay here! The location was perfectly surrounded by cool cafes, dispensaries, and bars. The private wraparound rooftop deck had an amazing view of both the city and the mountains!! There were some pretty quirky things about the penthouse but all in all it was a great experience and I would definitely book here again! Plus the host was super communicative and just a cool guy!
