Positive: Great place to stay within a few minutes drive from Michalovce. Very friendly and supportive personnel, great sleep quality, great view, reasonably priced restaurant with tasty food, very quiet at night

Positive: Excellent room with a view of the lake, beautiful spacious room, playground for kids.

Negative: We were informed at arrival that breakfast starts at 8:00, however when we came down at 8:00 to eat (we were in a hurry), the staff was just starting to clean up after last night, the coffee maker wasn't heated up yet and everyone seems a little shocked that we wanted breakfast so early. After a little wait we ordered breakfast and instant coffee (couldn't wait 20min for coffee maker to heat up) and felt much better. The eggs were a little runny, but overall we were happy we could eat, as we had a long day ahead. It was off season, but still - if breakfast is at 8:00, it should be 8:00 and not 8:30. Another minus - only a handful of boring TV stations.

Summary: Except for a hiccup with breakfast, the penzion was lovely.

Negative: Very small room, staff overloaded and not available to help, eg at checkin (which is done at the bar - no reception).
