Positive: - Hotel literally next to train station which can take you into central Prague in 10 minutes - Big parking with a lot of spare spaces - Neighborhood which is a bit of a lush forest with a great view on the lake, silent at night - Tasty breakfast - Great price/quality ratio

Positive: If you look on a map you might be thinking 'oh gosh, this is far out of the centre of Prague'. Well, let me dispel that for you: it is literally next to a railway station that will put you in the centre in 11 minutes, which is faster than a lot of trams will get you there from places in Prague 4/5/6/7. This was a warm and comfortable room with a good hot shower. It snowed while I was there but was nice and warm inside. Comfortable bed and all the facilities were just as advertised.

Negative: Nothing really. I didn't see any staff at all, but it was a quiet period.

Summary: Quiet and quality budget place, location better than it seems!

Positive: The staff was great and adapted after our needs. We were their for a sports trip and they washed our uniforms when we needed it. We had most our meals at the hotel as well and we were very pleased with the food.

Negative: One of our rooms didn’t have AC. There’s no elevator.

Positive: I got a very large room for myself, with a nice bed, a table, a mini fridge, a spacious bathroom, a TV. Really everything I could have needed. The staff was very nice, showed me around and were helpful. All spaces were very clean and well kept. Breakfast was good and varied. Location just a few steps from the train, with just 10 minutes to Prague center.

Negative: You hear other rooms and the restaurant noises through the walls but that mostly depends on other guests' consideration. You can hear the train but with the window closed it's not too disruptive, even though my window faced the rails.

Summary: Calm and lovely stay.

Positive: Very quiet area, staff very nice, big room, kitchen near, food very good and in front of the exit the train to the center in 10 minutes. Near the hotel is a big lake, we suggest to make a tour walking around the lake. All was fabulous!!! Thank you Simanda!
