Summary: The check-in and staff were great. Super cheerful and nice. The room, bring ear plugs. I didn't realize the "mountain view" also means all the rooms face the street and its just noisy because its the main street into town. The windows/door sound like its cracked open because it was so loud to me. (and if your sensitive to light, bring an eyemask too, the triangle window at the top has no curtain) Breakfast was 13E per person and it quaint. Eggs and sausage made to order. (sausage means hot dogs by the way) The use of the sauna was an extra 14E per person. The free bus into town is right outside. The little lake is right next to the hotel (but its frozen right now) and its just about an 8 min walk to the bigger lake strba pleso!

Summary: The property is maybe 3 stars and in need of maintenance. No kettle or fridge in the room. The staff were friendly enough. Breakfast was average and not included - 15 euros pp.

Summary: Renovation of the room needed. Everything looks a bit old. The heating radiatior made some ticking noise. Cleanliness was okay.

Summary: The staff is very friendly and helpful, the hotel is very warm not only because of the charming fireplace in the dining area, but also because of the people who run it :) Thanks for helping us out with our car!

Summary: I would have given this hotel 5/5 if it weren’t for the poor isolation. Loud neighbours in the rooms next door make it close to impossible to sleep since you can unfortunately hear everything.. The hotel itself and its staff is TOP. I stayed in a four star hotel and this 2 star was better in my opinion. This hotel is owned by a family that works there and you can feel the love. It has a brilliant mountain view

Summary: We loved staying in this little ski town. Parking is included and the hotel breakfast is amazing! So delicious and lots of options. I would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Great place to stay! The family that run the hotel were so kind and thoughtful. They make you feel right at home. The breakfast was great, she cooks eggs for you when you come down for breakfast! The rooms were very clean. With our window open we listened to the babbling brook as we drifted off to sleep. This is the best place to stay if you like a quiet relaxing place up in the High Tatras.
