Positive: The place of residence is located in the very center of attraction of local residents and far from highways. Clean, stable Internet connection, private bathroom, terrace, kettle in the room

Negative: We were on the road and needed to find a place to spend the night as close as possible to the border of the Czech Republic and Austria. Considering that most places had check-in until 21/22, we had to choose from what was available. It turned out that the parking next to the building is paid and you need to go to a free public parking lot (considering the circle is about 800 meters) at a distance of 150 meters from pension. The parking lot is large and in the evenings it is very busy with local residents who, after relaxing in bars / restaurants, sometimes cannot leave the parking lot so as not to hit a couple of cars (which we witnessed when we parked and the police were already registering the accident). Despite the official check-in until 22, the restaurant downstairs is open until the last client (and in reality the check-in could have been later) and at about 0.30 one of the neighbors "asked" the people in the restaurant to behave more quietly - they dispersed. Already at about 7 in the morning local residents began to gather at the nearby font. I Wrote to the pension request via Booking to have later check-in 3 days before arrival ... I got the answer/approval 1 hour later I had left the pension/check out.
