**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
**About Fees & Pricing**
• The regular nightly rate covers 5 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 6 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests.
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing.
• Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome; We charge $50/night for your pet(s) which have already been included in your invoice if you have selected pets on your reservation.
**House Rules**
• This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
• Use of fire pit and charcoal grill are prohibited during the burn ban

Summary: We came to do a little hiking around Lake Cushman, and this cabin was the perfect place to stay! Close to several trails, easy to locate, warm and cozy, and more spacious than I expected. We’d love to come back in the warmer months and take advantage of the golf course and nearby kayak rentals. Such a lovely little home and area!

Summary: This is a very over-priced cabin in a somewhat neglected area. We encountered trash in the overgrown yard, cleaning supplies dumped in the entry, a damp smell in the basement (that was clearly being masked by the overwhelming smell of Febreze upstairs) and the biggest spiders we've ever seen! Old uncomfortable beds/bedlinen and towels and appliances/cabinets from the 1980's. Not a single decent pan to cook with and not even basic salt for guests to use. Really disappointing for the price we paid. We left early. Do not recommend.

Summary: The property was exactly as advertised and my sibling and I had a nice relaxing long weekend. Perfect location to feel out in the woods but also a quick drive to town. The kitchen was well stocked and the downstairs home movie theater was a lot of fun to use!

Summary: The house was great, well-maintained and very comfortable. The projector downstairs was cool and very easy to use. The location was great--very close by to some excellent hiking trails. We had a great time, would stay here again.

Summary: This is such a cute little house! Even though its a small cabin it has a lot to offer! The owners have given it little touches everywhere to make it feel like a home and not just another rental property. We loved the ability to have the beach pass and dock available to us, a very short drive and your at the dock! The kids loved swimming and jumping off the dock. Totally recommend this place for a family!
