Positive: Every thing and the attention to small details
Negative: I don't know I could be wrong but the instructions were a bit too restrictive? For example, "be careful, the plumbing is too delicate "," please carry your bags while going upstairs ". I did complied with everything because the property and the staff are super helpful but I thought I was more than ever tooooo careful. Otherwise, highly recommended.

Positive: We had an excellent stay at the Perch. The property is conveniently located in Maple Leaf. It’s a short walk from a beautiful park and a couple of cute coffee shops. The inside was very clean and well-maintained. Having coffee available was a nice touch. The rooftop is a nice place to eat on a sunny day. There was plenty of room for our group of 5 in the property. Check-in and check-out were both very easy. I would stay here again.
