Summary: The Green Lake community is so cute! We enjoyed our stay at Roland's apartment and found it had everything we needed for a 4 day work trip. Roland was very accomodating and nice!

Summary: We enjoyed our 2-nite stay in this lovely place in a nice neighborhood a block from Green Lake. Roland was very responsive and we appreciated the welcome wine and treats! The photos and descriptions were accurate. Bedrooms were roomy and beds were comfy, plus all basic amenities were provided. Would definitely stay again!

Summary: We had a great stay and I wish we had booked our entire time in Seattle here! Green Lake makes it easy to get anywhere in Seattle - downtown or UW Campus for us. The size of the home and amenities were perfect. Similar to a hotel suite but much more comfortable, as if we had a really nice upgrade! Beds were super comfy as well. There are a lot of stairs at this home so keep that in mind for anyone with mobility issues. We would without question book here again.

Summary: I needed a place to stay for just one night for a work meeting downtown. This location made it very quick and easy to get downtown on 99. Street parking is available right in front of the house. The house was quiet and in a safe neighborhood. Most importantly, the bed and pillows were very comfortable and I slept great! Roland adds some very nice touches and I hope to stay here again!
