Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the property managers was extremely courteous and responded quickly to questions we had. The check in process was easy. The home was clean. The location was beautiful and close in to the city of McComb. We look forward to staying there again when we are back in town.

Summary: We traveled with two families. Lifelong best friends with our families. We loved the outside space and proximity to the lake. Owner was wonderful! Kind and accommodating. And the check in/out was the easiest ever. Will definitely return!

Summary: Had 3 employees stay for 10 days while working on a construction project. They loved the space & location. The host proactively reached out to me to make preparations as a hurricane was approaching. I really appreciated all the communication and support from her. Highly recommend staying here and we hope to be back.

Summary: We will be staying here from now on when we come to Percy Quinn. This condo is so comfy and cozy and much better than the PQ cabins. The condo was clean and tidy. She even let us check in early bc we had some errands to run before our little vacation could start. The owner was very easy to communicate with and she was so sweet. We will 100% book here again.

Summary: Quiet and comfortable. Overall our stay was very good. A few notes for improvement The downstairs was very clean. The upstairs bedrooms and hallway had not been vacuumed. The bathroom rug was very worn. The white towels were stained. Wish there had been hand soap in the downstairs bathroom.

Summary: Property was clean, and comfortable. Beautiful Lake was in walking distance. Very peaceful and quiet. And it was especially nice to have our 80lb GSD and 16yo 3-legged cat with us.
