6 Bedroom House in Peregian Beach

An award winning private holiday house that lets you all stay together (even your dog/s) in luxury all under one roof.
Once you are inside the front gate you have your own private fully air-conditioned resort complete with sea views and hinterland vistas where you can have fun in the heated tropical pool, relax and unwind in the 10 person heated outdoor spa, kick back while watching a movie on the big screen in the cinema room on an authentic cinema chair.
Do note this house is in a residential area and noise outside after 8pm is not allowed and we expect sliding doors to be closed to avoid noise carrying. We ask you to respect our neighbours at all times, only park on our property and do not book if you are planning loud music, heavy drinking, partying, this is NOT the house for that.
Only one street back from the famous wide and sandy Peregian Beach where you can take a long stroll or swim safely between the lifeguard patrolled flags. Walk in the opposite direction (gate entrances 38 to 47) and you find yourself on the leash free dog beach where your best friend can run free. It's the absolute best of both worlds.
The private oasis sprawls out over three levels of absolute luxury. Containing 6 bedrooms in total and two bedroom can be configured to either 1 king bed or two singles. Downstairs rooms have a king bed and a single bed so you have options for sleeping. There are 8 tvs in all. 3 are smart tvs with foxtel with over 100 channels.
You won't need to fight over the main bedroom either as the top two floor bedrooms and ensuites are identical and even include private balconies. With a total of 5 bathrooms there really is room for everyone. For the little ones we have 2 port-a-cots, 2 high chairs, security gate for the stairs.
All linen, towels and soaps are included and our gourmet kitchen is stocked with all the cooking equipment necessary including a large array of utensils and kitchen knick knacks.
Every mod con you could ever need is here including NBN ultra fast broadband internet, Foxtel, DVD movies, book library, board games, Nespresso coffee machine (pods supplied), washer and dryer, second kitchen on lower level, Weber BBQ, decks with outdoor settings, outdoor shower, dog wash bay, 2 car garage with off street parking for four more cars.
Peregian Holiday House private resort is an award winning pet friendly accommodation destination. It's the ideal location for your extended family holiday, golf trip away, friends get together BUT please note it is NOT available for parties or events of any sort. It is in a residential area and noise is not permitted after 10pm.

Summary: We recently stayed at Peregian Beach for my 50th celebrations, with extended family. The house was perfect for what we needed, with space for everyone to spread out. We were there for an unseasonal heatwave so were in the pool most of the time! We loved the cinema, the kids played X Box too. The beds were extremely comfortable, lovely linen and good pillows. The Peregian shops and cafes were gorgeous, and I highly recommend Bask restaurant. There was a cute Sunday market also. The hosts were awesome with excellent communication and looked after us when the spa wasn't able to be used. All in all it was a great option for a larger group and we will be back!

Summary: 4 couples thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at Peregian Beach. The house is ideally located close to the beach and the beautiful village of Peregian Beach, including great coffee, dining and shopping. The house is as described and enabled us to enjoy group activities as well as offering quiet spaces to escape as required. The pool and hot tub provided plenty of opportunities for much needed relaxation as did the cinema room.

Summary: I and 9 beautiful lady friends have been holidaying on a yearly basis for the last 28 years. This was our fourth booking at Peregian ( 1cancelled due to COVID) and was just as wonderful as the last 3. The house’s 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms accommodate us easily. Comfy beds and beautiful bedding and kitchen was very well fitted out and equipped. The weather wasn’t kind to us so the fabulous Media Room came in very handy. Would not hesitate to return yet again-although all the stairs are beginning to become a problem for some of our age group. Host Angel RealEstate was very accommodating and easy to deal with. Our only suggestion to the owners would be to cover the front stairway as it is extremely dangerous for any age group going up and down in the rain. However, 5 star rating from us. Cheers.

Summary: Wonderful property for our large blended family. Plenty of great spaces to enjoy each others company as well as being large enough for everyone to have their own private space and time. Nicely positioned close to beach, restaurants and supermarket. Pool and spa and cinema room are massive hits with the kids. TV and air conditioning in every room was a luxurious bonus. Absolutely wonderful holiday house we did not want to leave. One of the best, worth more than 5 stars.

Summary: We had a wonderful time staying at Peregian Holiday House. We were a big group, 6 adults and 4 children, and the house was really well appointed for a group our size. The weather was very mixed, but didn’t impact on our time away - the media room and the pool kept the kids entertained. Frances was very easy to communicate with and provided lots of information about the house, local council rules, and the local area.
