Summary: Loved this cozy basement apartment in the Grant Park neighborhood. It was clean and comfortable and perfect for a weekend in ATL. Kelli was fantastic to work with! She was extremely communicative and responsive.The neighborhood is nice and thereโ€™s a coffee shop just 2-3 doors down. Walkable to Grant Park and easy street parking. I definitely recommend staying here and would do so again!

Summary: We stayed at the property for the big south volleyball tournament. Property is close enough without being in downtown. Beautiful little gem with the beds being incredibly comfy.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay very much. Kelli was available and attentive to our questions. Great space! Comfy LARGE bed! Cleanliness was evident everywhere. Very convenient location. Nice coffee shop just a few doors away. Felt safe and it was a nice walking neighborhood. ( Just be aware of uneven cobbled sidewalks.) Thank you for the very nice stay.

Summary: I don't feel like the listing was accurate said private apartment was a basement underneath a private dwelling early in the morning you could hear children playing and during 9:10 at night you could hear children playing I was not just pleased with the apartment just with the listing
