Positive: Excellent location for someone visiting UCLA. The apartment was clean, but always ask for a higher floor. We were on the 2nd floor, which is a bit dingy as it gets no sunlight, and there is continuous noise from the water fountain and maintenance crew in the morning. We expected better from an apartment that cost us more than the nearby 5 STAR W Beverly Hills Hotel. If you don't need the larger space and parking, W Beverly Hills would be by far the better option.
Negative: No communication at all from the hosts. We were arriving about 2 hours early and repeatedly messaged beforehand to see if we could check in early, but there was no reply at all. The hosts say not to communicate with the building management for anything (because the management does not allow Air BnB) but the hosts themselves never respond to anything. The apartment has very basic IKEA style furniture and kitchenware with an outsized bill in case of any accidental damage, so be very careful, like we were.

Positive: The location is excellent, right next to UCLA with Target/Trader Joe and restaurants nearby, making it super convenient. The facilities are great too: we loved the swimming pool, small garden, and well-equipped gym. The shared lounge area was a nice touch for relaxation. As a family who enjoys cooking, we appreciated he fully stocked kitchen with all the necessary utensils and cookware.
Negative: our room on the 2nd floor had poor natural lighting, unlike our friends’ room on the 3rd floor, which was much brighter. Another downside was the outdated key system (non-lockable keys), which felt insecure and inconvenient.

Positive: Great location. Target, trader joes, restaurants are all nearby. Walking distance to UCLA. The apartment is clean with all the essentials. It has off-street free parking.
