Summary: Our recent stay at this charming two-bedroom, two-bathroom rental in West Ann Arbor was an absolute delight. From the moment we stepped through the door, we were greeted by a warm and inviting ambiance, a testament to the thoughtful touches put in by the host. The space was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with modern décor that exuded a sense of comfort and style. The two bedrooms were generously sized, providing ample room for my son and I. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful nights after our days exploring the city. The two full bathrooms were equally impressive, with spacious showers and all the necessary amenities for a refreshing start to each day. The living area was a true highlight, and the kitchen was well-equipped with appliances and condiments, making it a joy to prepare meals during our stay. The location of the rental was simply perfect, situated in wester Ann Arbor. We were just a short drive from the vibrant downtown area. The University of Michigan campus was also conveniently close!

Summary: Roza's unit is located in a residential neighborhood with an easy 10 minute drive to UMich campus. Super convenient a we were attending UMich graduation. The unit is an older development but the apartment is clean and Roza has done a nice job decorating and making it comfortable. The unit is on the second floor so I would not recommend for those with mobility issues. The unit also has a full kitchen with a dishwasher but is only outfitted with the basic cookingware and tools so if you are planning to do a lot of cooking, which we did due to dietary issues, you may find yourself at a loss of items. However, the neighborhood is nice and quiet and conveniently located to nearby shopping. The only reason we would give this a 4 out of 5 is we would have preferred a kitchen with more cookware and utensils, but if you are not planning to cook too much you will find Roza's place comfortable.
