Summary: Perfect location when staying in Orange. This is the second time we have stayed at Daves’s place in Orange. It is a short walk to downtown Orange in a quiet residential neighborhood. We absolutely love the location. It has everything you need. It is also very clean. Dave lives next door and is quick to respond if needed. Will definitely stay again. Couldn’t ask for more.

Summary: This is an amazing place to stay. My husband and friends met to go to Disneylandd. The 2 bedrooms worked out perfectly and the yard was great for our dogs, They enjoyed the trip. Will definitely stay here again.

Summary: Nice appliances. Well stocked kitchen. Could use some updated furniture and a bigger bed in 2nd bedroom. Bathroom was adequate. We did appreciate parking off the street. Owners were very nice.

Summary: Quaint and quiet location, house was very clean owners live next-door and are very responsive. Everything that we needed was there and what wasn’t was we were able to grab quickly due to the area. Would definitely stay again and recommend it.

Summary: My wife and I spent 3 days at this lovely cottage while visiting Disneyland. It’s a quick, easy drive to the parks and the neighborhood is wonderful. It’s very quiet and cute. Lots of folks out walking, walking their dogs, or chatting with their neighbors. The property was very well maintained and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The only item of note is the cottage doesn’t have central air, but is currently relying on portable A/C units for cooling. They did a fine job until the temps got into the upper 80s at which time the bedrooms did warm up faster than the units could maintain. I have no hesitation staying here again and look forward to it, but it is something to check on if you’re staying during the summer. The host, Dave, was super helpful when we had an issue with the TV, and was friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. I look forward to our next trip.
