Summary: We were in town for a martial arts tournament at the convention center. We had never been to Lansing and were very impressed with the unit, location, and accessibility to food and entertainment in Lansing. The unit was clean, the beds were really comfortable, we loved having multiple bathrooms, the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed throughout our stay, and the building was clean and peaceful. I was delighted that I could walk to the grocery store just a couple doors down and get anything we needed for our stay. There are also several cute, restaurants within walking distance, as is landing field, the convention center, and the state capital. All in all it was a lovely trip and more than we expected as far as comfort inconvenience.

Summary: The location and layout of this apartment are great! The beds are very comfortable, and it is easy to communicate with the owner/property manager. However, the place could use a deep clean. Perhaps the dishes don't get used much and have gotten dirty in the cupboards, or the dishwasher isn't working well. We had to wash out coffee cups and bowls before we used them, and the hand towels smelled moldy, so when we washed and dried our hands, we ended up smelling like mold. There is only one apartment key, so if you have two people who might be coming and going at different times, that is something to know.
