4 Bedroom House in West Fork

4 Bedrooms, 3.5 baths, Jacuzzi tub in Master, pool table, Foosball table. Bunk room has 3 twin beds, double bed and sofa bed. Other 3 bedrooms have queen beds. Nice new grill outside on the deck, large yard. Just 9 miles to S. Fayetteville.

We are close to Devil's Den and there is a great swimming hole 1/2 mile away at Riverside Park (picnic tables, grills, play equipment etc). Harps grocery store is right down the road.
The house is located right off Historic Hwy 71.
2 night minimum on the weekends.
The whole downstairs is your private space. Completely separate from the upstairs which is my living space.
There is a deadbolt on the guest side and a locking door on the host side of the property. . There is complete privacy for you in your space with no shared spaces on the property.

Summary: We had a great stay. Plenty of room for a large group. They left useful stuff from previous renters for us to use, which is always nice (plastic forks, saran wrap, etc.) It is dated but clean and well kept inside.

Summary: We liked that there was plenty of room for our family to gather and also have plenty of privacy. The kids loved the game tables. Getting to the Razorback game was a breeze from this location.

Summary: We had a great time! Awesome amount of space. We had a group of eight ladies for a night away. The only thing I would say is the fridge and stove are apartment sized so if you have a bigger crew, consider bringing coolers for your drinks. There’s a grill outside plus the stove so plenty of cooking room. Also the kitchen is well stocked with cooking pans etc! My friends and I had a lovely time. We would certainly stay again and recommend you give it a try!

Summary: We had a good stay. The property was close to Fayetteville and Devil’s Den State Park. The space was good for relaxing and entertainment. We will definitely stay again when we head back to the area.

Summary: My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The barn house is a very country older building with a open space feel. It is very roomy and the pool table and foosball table certainly helps pass time. If you looking for a lively town and a bunch of things to do right around the corner this place is not for you but of your looking for some quiet and a large place then you found it. Everyone was very attentive and communication was great. Down fall would be maybe clean up the back area behind the bunk room and a larger fridge would be great. Hehehe. But certainly my family really enjoyed their stay.
