4 Bedroom House in Sand Ridge, Birmingham

Spectacular location on the 10th hole at Oxmoor Valley, just 175 yards from the clubhouse. Our home was built specifically for groups. Amenities include: 4 Master Suits, 8 Queen Beds, walk-in showers, 75" TV, Pool Table, 3 Leather Sofas and a fully equipped kitchen. We tried to think of everything a group would want on a golf trip with friends or family, and included it in our houses. The finishes and amenities are all 1st Class, and the floor-plan is a Wide Open Concept. There's plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. We have 3 houses on same street, to accommodate groups from 4 to 30. You can't stay closer to the clubhouse.The pricing for Palmer is based on 8 guests, but we allow up to 12. Each additional guest is $125 plus tax, per night. (Note: the fireplace is inoperable)
Most vacation rental homes were built with one master and small kids rooms. Not ours! We asked ourselves, "If I were to design a house specifically for groups of adults, what would I include in that home?" Then, we built it! We have 5 Oster Golf Houses; 3 in Birmingham, AL at Oxmoor Valley Golf Club and 2 in Prattville, AL at Capitol Hill Golf Club. We have hundreds of 5 star reviews and ONE four star! That still bugs me :)
Our entire house is rented as one unit. It is 3,400 square feet, and each square foot was designed for adults to be comfortable. However, kids are more than welcomed too!
I have a caretaker that is available to address anything that does not meet your expectations.
The homes is very private and surrounded by trees, but it is convenient to shops, restaurants and the best of Birmingham.

Summary: This beautiful property is absolutely anything you could ever want for a relaxing, wonderful family and friends gathering! We had the extra beauty of being surrounded by snow as we looked out at the gorgeous golf course from the huge windows! There is more than enough room with each of the 4 bedrooms having 2 queen beds and each bedroom having a beautiful bathroom with gorgeous walk in steam showers! The kitchen is wonderfully equipped with everything you could need for wonderful meals and delicious grilling! There is a lovely pool table, a putt putt area inside, a chess table and a poker table set up with chips to keep everyone entertained! There is a very comfortable living area with a huge screen television and each bedroom also has its own television! There are plenty of fresh towels and the water was so warm and inviting for the showers during our wintry stay! There is a lovely screened in porch with very comfortable, cushioned patio seating that overlooks the golf course! Do yourself a favor and look no further than this beautiful home for your next Birmingham getaway!

Summary: This house has anything and everything you need for a golf trip. We had 8 guys who all had their own queen beds. There was plenty of amenities to keep us busy when we were off the course. We will be back!

Summary: My family had to scramble to find a place to stay to get together for Christmas after our parents came down with COVID and we could not stay at their house. Truly the perfect place for our extended family. Plenty of space to stretch out, well stocked kitchen, quiet neighborhood, very clean and easy check-in. I highly recommend!

Summary: Ricks house was absolutely beautiful and in a stunning location outside of the city of Birmingham. It was comfortable, clean and safe. Parents and coaches had the opportunity to golf on the beautiful course in the community and was an easy commute for us and our players to their games. I’d stay here every year when in town for the event!

Summary: Great House with plenty of beds and bathrooms for your golf trip. The house is right at the entrance of the Oxmoor Valley course a short drive to Ross Bridge. Everything was very good except the grill. The grill was old, beaten up. One of the grill grate was broken and the grill was very dirty.
