Summary: House was clean, comfortable, well-appointed, and tastefully updated. The open kitchen and living area, complete with wood burning fireplace, was perfect gif the adults. Cozy TV room for kids and movie watching. Nassau Point is a beautiful, quiet area and close to Southold and Greenport attractions and restaurants. Summary: Clean, well appointed, modern property in a beautiful part of the North Fork. Only a short drive from the beach with its clean sand and clear waters. We all slept well and felt truly relaxed during our stay. Highly recommended.

Summary: The property was perfect for our family of 4, plus 2 to celebrate Christmas together. Yvonne was responsive and accommodating throughout the entire process. The house is open yet cozy. We enjoyed the main gathering room for meals and games and then we each were able to have our own space to either watch tv back in the tv room, or get away to take a nap in the lovely bedrooms. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to hunker down and spend some quality time as a family. Thank you Yvonne for sharing your home with us. It truly was a blessing to our family this Christmas! Many blessings to you and your family throughout the coming year! We all agreed before we left, that we would like to do it again next year! We are praying it will be available!

Summary: gem of a find on naussau point. we walked to a few of the beaches near by. large comfortable deck, private property. it was perfect fall getaway, close to the pumpkin farms, vineyards, and multiple towns. we hope to return.

Summary: Nice house, odd design though with layout for large families, 3 bedrooms upstairs but one bathroom. Downstairs had one bedroom with twin beds..no bedrooms had en-suite bathrooms. Second bathroom downstairs was behind the kitchen, behind laundry room, no bedroom nearby. Big pool which would be great selling point in the summer.
