Bay Colony 764 is the lower-level lakefront unit that is at the heart of everything Gull Lake has to offer, like being close to your boat lift or pontoon rental and always being close to a sandy beach. Bay Colony has plenty of amenities that are just exclusive to the area. Adults can grill up a yummy dinner on the community propane grills, or lounge around the firepit while watching the sunset. THE BASICS:

SMART-LOCK SYSTEM:
All Gull Lake Beach Resort properties are secured with Smart-Lock systems located on the front door and potentially throughout the unit. The 4-digit access code is unique to each reservation and should never be shared.
GUEST COMMUNICATION:
After you book your reservation, you will receive a booking confirmation email along with your reservation specific rental agreement, that needs to be e-signed and returned before your check-in date. 48-hours prior to your check-in date, you will be emailed your check-in information that includes critical information for your stay. We are happy to provide check-in information earlier than 48-hours upon request and returned signed rental agreement.
DAMAGE FEE BREAKDOWN:
Security Fee: In lieu of a security deposit (with exception), we provide up to $3,000 of damage protection for $39.50 plus taxes. This VRD fee is required and non-refundable. This plan covers unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that occur during the renter's stay, provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out. Any damages that exceed $3,000 plus applicable fees will be charge to the credit card on file.

SUPPLY STARTER KIT:
Our Starter Kit includes a roll of paper towels, dish sponge, dishwasher pods, trash bags, dish soap, a small pack of coffee, laundry detergent, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. It is just enough to get you started in our rentals, so you can relax first and visit the store later!

Summary: I can't say enough of how nice the house is. It is spacious and inviting. The fireplace is pleasant bonus! It was a great place for a family gathering. BTW... there's a lake outside! I would definitely stay here again.

Summary: My wife and I wanted a close and short getaway and chose the Brainerd area. This property and location was the perfect choice. Set on the lake with a terrific view, the accommodations were wonderful. All the necessities were provided, making life much easier and the experience enjoyable. We will definitely be back again.

Summary: Although the weather did not cooperate. We found plenty to do. The small towns are close enough to go visit. The condo was a great size just to chill out and chat. We enjoyed our time here. Just to get away for awhile with friends and to catch up.

Summary: The place was great and the only reason that I gave it a four for cleanliness was the spider webs (and spider) in the bathroom. It is centrally located making trips to Nisswa or Baxter very easy. Being off-season, the lake was quiet but it was warm enough to sit out on the beach during the day. Hope to come back sometime and bring some friends or family with us!
