This home has been completely renovated, and was new to the market in summer 2023!
The location on East Twin is perfect. Flat and shallow entrance to the water with a beautiful sandy bottom for swimming or water games. There is easy boat access. East Twin is a premier All Sports lake in Northern Michigan. It is ~830 acres, and boasts excellent fishing! Lewiston is central to snowmobile/UTV trails, state land, and 4 Championship golf courses! It can be an easy day trip to wineries, and all to the amenities that Northern Michigan offers. The property is walking distance to a park with a beach and playground. It is also a quick stroll into town for coffee, shopping, and restaurants.
This unique property is a duplex. Each side of the duplex has it’s own locked entrance into the living areas which have a kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Each unit will sleep 6 people comfortably. There is also a full family room, dining and smart TV when you want to be inside. The outside space has a privacy wall between units. There is a patio table, outside seating, gas grill and a firepit. There is a shared dock, so bring your boat or kayak if you want to explore this beautiful, clear lake.
There is access to a shared laundry/utility room or that door can remain locked or unlocked to share space with your friends or family on the other side. This listing is for one side of the duplex. Summary: Had a great stay. The place was clean and the views awesome. Owners were very responsive and got someone out to fix a septic issue, even from their own vacation!

Summary: We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed! Plenty of towels, paper products and nice new appliances. The view of the lake is the best part! We also rented the boat during our stay which was a nice bonus! The location is great as well, we walked to town for coffee, etc. The host was very responsive when I had questions. We love Lewiston and will be back!

Summary: We stayed over Labor Day weekend. Our friends rented the the other side. It was great to be able to be connected to each other. We rented a pontoon from the owners. The duplex and pontoon were very clean and well taken care of. The lake is beautiful. Sunsets were amazing. While we were there the town had a farmers market on Saturday and all the stores were open. Great shopping! Definitely would rent again
