Negative: Lack of communication from management. No move out instructions. For example stated that it slept 4 but had only one queen bed and one non pullout sofa. Sent list of issues and never got a response.

Negative: Outside lighting nonexistent, so when arriving at night really confusing and dark to find unit. VERY noisy, sound from street bleeds heavily into living room and even reached into bedroom at the back. Limited kitchen supplies, no bowls or mugs in cabinets, though later discovered some items were still in dishwasher from prior visit but didn’t notice if it included bowls or mugs. Furniture meets needs but wasn’t comfortable.
Summary: Served basic purpose, but not restful/comfortable

Positive: Having the kitchen was really helpful, we were close to soooo many things, we could have walked but we chose to Uber mostly. They were always there within 2-3 mins and reasonably priced. I should also mention they have pretty much everything you need there. Dishes, spices, coffee, laundry soap, everything.
Negative: It’s not really a complaint, it was just hard on my wife because there’s a lot of stairs, but it wasn’t bad and she was able to do it no problem

Positive: The ambiance of this being an apartment and not just a hotel.
Negative: The parking was very tight. I drive a full size truck and had the inch it into a parking spot by driving forward, then back several times.

Positive: The best parts of our stay were location, clean, comfortable and off the street parking for my full size SUV was a huge plus. The host was easy to work with. We got exactly what we expected and no unpleasant surprises.
Negative: They could add some extra fans, that’s about it.

Positive: It’s so comfortable. The space is so spacious for 2 and comfortable for 4. There are a dish washer, a laundry machine etc etc and even a blender!!! The place is very close to universal studio which is our destination.
Summary: Very comfortable stay. Overall love it.

Positive: I like the location, the space was perfect for me and my 2 daughters it has everything we need I really love that it has air conditioning the whole place was very confortable ✅
Negative: The only thing maybe that they need to upgrade the bed sheets and blankets had hair when we just got there so we didn’t use them, but other than that 10 out of 10

Positive: This apartment is small, but it has everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. If you have plans to visit Universal Studios Hollywood, you can’t beat the location. The bed has the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on. The smart TV is a nice touch.
Negative: The traffic was heavy at all hours of the day and can be heard from inside the apartment. Taking a left turn out of the driveway is nearly impossible. That said, this would not in any way discourage me from staying here again if I’m in the area.
