This amazing property is handicapped accessible with one bathroom set up as such.
You have available for your stay, high speed internet, Amazon Prime and Netflix.
No worries about the power outages as this estate has a built-in Generac generator.
This unique property dead ends on a private road secluded atop a mountain with 360 degree views overlooking Lake of The Pines and the Sierras. It is in the heart of the Gold Country with a variety of great places to visit.
We are located within one and a half hours drive to ski resorts in the Sierras. There are nearby lakes if you love water and if desired, 2 paddle boards are available for rent.
This estate has a 65,000 gallon salt water pool with a Jacuzzi, which boasts of an outdoor kitchen barbeque area. The available space inside for your enjoyment is 6,000 square ft. with professional Thermador kitchen appliances, including a built in steamer and is part of the great room. Here you will have access to a late 1800’s championship antique pool table. A must for those who love to play pool.
There is a separate theater room with a large TV screen with a superb sound system. You can play your own music on surround sound throughout the villa and outdoors. As per neighborhood county compliance, music must be turned off outside at 10 pm.
There are great views from every room. There are 2 master bedrooms, one in the front and one in the back. This home sleeps 16 comfortably. There is an elevator for your use, if needed, as I keep it locked.
I live in a cottage on the property a couple hundred yards away. My office in the rental has a private entrance and is locked. I may occasionally access it from the outside if needed. We all love our privacy and there is no need to worry about yours. You do not have access to park your cars in the garage.
On the premises you will have access to a putting green, with putters and golf balls for your enjoyment (550 ft.²). There is a croquet set and a corn hole game available for your use.
As with most high end properties there are security cameras outside for your safety.
If at any time you leave the premises during your stay, please lock up the home while you are away.

Summary: Our families traveled from Southern California and Idaho to attend a family member’s wedding. We opted to rent this amazing home for our family (3 generations) to stay at. The property is beautiful. A lot of space for everyone. A dream kitchen which we really did not use due to family/wedding activities. And a great family friendly yard and pool/spa. Our only regret is not having an extra day to just appreciate the amenities a bit more. I highly recommend this property. I am most certain it will fit all of your needs.

Summary: My employer hosted a Leadership Retreat at this property and it couldn't have been any more perfect! Unfortunately we had to change dates and the owner, Terry, was very responsive and accommodating. We did some team building activities which included a Build A Bike event and she allowed us to use the garage. We were able to meet in the theatre room to project presentations, at the kitchen table and around the fire in the family room. My CEO kept saying how much he loved the house and how comfortable and warn it was. Everything worked well and the home was clean and comfortable. We had a productive and FUN retreat. We hope to come back soon. Thank you so much Terry!

Summary: We loved Teresa's space for our staff retreat! There are so many spots on this property to sit, relax and enjoy conversation. The view was stunning- so was the cleanliness of the home. While this is certainly a luxury property, it did not lack the warmth of a home. I felt good knowing Teresa was close by and she was so helpfully communicative leading up to our stay! Would recommend this listing and most certainly would stay again given the opportunity.

Summary: We have a yearly family reunion with upwards of 18 of us coming. This beautiful house met all our needs and then some. The pool and hot tub are beautiful and the putting green was a surprise hit for the fellas. After dinner the pool table was very popular. The owner was so nice and helpful when we had questions. All in all it was one of our best trips!

Summary: This was a perfect house for a perfect boys golf weekend / reunion! Theresa made us feel right at home and had everything we needed to have a great relaxing weekend poolside! We were allowed early access to chill our food before we hit the links that was very helpful! I would recommend this house for a group that wants to be secluded from the hustle and bustle but dose not want to travel all the way to Tahoe to have that mountain get away feeling!

Summary: There is not one bad thing I can say about this home and the property. Every detail is perfect and it just feels like home! A VERY NICE home!! Teresa was a gem and we so enjoyed meeting and visiting with her. The home is well laid out with a magnificent master suite. Pool is lovely and spacious. Pool table and putting green a bonus!! TONS to do!! Walks down the road and exploring wildlife! Whitney & Puff were the icing on the cake! Outdoor house cats but are not bothersome in any way. Whitney and I bonded! Home is clean to a T!! Kitchen has everything you could imagine. We celebrated our first trip after my husband retired and all of our kids and grands were with us. We made some really great memories and I am positive we could not have chosen a better place to enjoy our time together!! CANNOT wait to go back and we definitely will. You will not be disappointed!! 6 stars!! Thank you Teresa!

Summary: We had four families united for the holidays, and this house was a great spot. Lots of space, a well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable vibes. The room upstairs was a good spot for fitting many kids. The pool table off the kitchen and the great room were great spaces for hanging out. Nice high ceilings made the space feel open. The hot tub was wonderful, and we had lots to do in the winter even with lots of rain. Much of the decoration was religious in nature, so heads up that that’s part of the vibe. We would definitely return for a family trip.
