This stunning town home is located in the heart of Port Royal. You are in walking distance to the wonderful restaurants, Sands beach, shopping, boat ramp and all other things Port Royal has to offer. Sit on your porch and watch the many festivals and concerts Port Royal hosts throughout the year. It is also just a stones throw away from Parris Island and Beaufort. We proudly welcome graduates and their families!
This home is bright and cheery and offers 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. It will sleep 6. One bedroom offers a Queen bed, the other offers 2 Twin beds and a sleeper sofa in living room. The kitchen is well stocked for all your kitchen needs. It also comes with a washer and dryer.
Bring your kayak, fishing pole, and bike along with you. The nearby waters are perfect for activities and biking is one of the most fun ways to tour the town and admire the moss-draped trees.
The Sands beach on Port Royal Sound, perfect for sunbathing, swimming and picnics and is a short walk (you may drive on this beach as well). You are likely to see dolphins swimming and an abundance of wildlife. There you can walk along the boardwalk and climb the 4 story observation deck for the best views Beaufort has to offer. The Sands also features a free boat launch and world class fishing in the Battery Creek tidal river.

Summary: Everything was great thanks for having us, we looked through the welcome book and didn’t see a beach pass, I believe the post said there was one but we didn’t end up having time for beach. Thanks again!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay here very much. We had visited Port Royal several times in the past and love it. The location was great to walk about anywhere you want to go. Clean and easy to find.

Summary: We were there for my son's graduation from Marine Corps Boot Camp at MCRD Parris Island. This is a great location for being able to get to and from the base very easily. Everything inside the unit was beautiful, beds were comfortable, everything was very clean. The only issue we had was with some construction materials, specifically nails, that were not completely cleaned up from the work being done in the other unit. Fortunately it was not a major issue and when the construction crew showed up the next morning they cleaned everything up. Overall it was a great rental and I would go back again.

Summary: This was the perfect house to stay in for us. We are here for a graduation weekend a Paris Island and we are less than 10 minutes away! At days and we were able to go to any of the state parks using the free pass passport included with the house. There are a lot of beaches close by and we would highly recommend Hilton Head for swimming and Hunting Island State Park for its swimming and sea shells! The house is decorated really nicely. It’s fully air-conditioned and comes with all the amenities you will need. Grocery stores are close by as well. Communication from the property manager is excellent! We couldn’t ask for more and we highly recommend this property!! We had a great stay and it mad our time with our new Marine that much better!!
