A large covered outdoor area with barbeque means you can enjoy the lovely Golden Bay weather whilst eating or just relaxing after a day on the water.
Large grassed area for outdoor games (cricket gear etc is provided). Easy access with wide driveway. Fully fenced.

Summary: From the fruit trees to the covered patio to the fire place to the entertainment system, this place had everything we needed for a 6-day (5-night) holiday in Golden Bay. Kitchen, living room and bedrooms all well appointed, and plenty of space for two (and probably 4-5). Lovely hosts showed us around and were available to help if needed.

Summary: Such a great wee place, the outdoor space makes it feel spacious, especially when there’s a bit of rain, the hosts were lovely, so easy to communicate with and super helpful. Kitchen was well set up, and the feijoas were delicious! Would love to stay again.

Summary: This bach is just lovely, with recently renovated kitchen and bathroom, it's probably one of the best equipped I've ever stayed in (kayaks, beach games, even a pasta maker!). Just across the road and down a short path to the beach, and close to shop and cafe's. The outdoor area is lovely, with couch, bbq, tables and chairs, fairy lights and outdoor games. The only downside for me was that the road was quite busy, a friend said it wouldn't have bothered her, and maybe it's ok at other times of the year, but I thin it's worth mentioning. Margaret was very accommodating and prompt at communications, thanks Margaret for sorting out the vrbo process which seemed to be rather un-intuitive!
