Positive: Epic location and they’ve kept the surroundings as natural as possible so they can blend into the rainforest. Staff friendly and helpful.
Negative: Toilet in the cabin was very smelly, but I didn’t complain directly/give them an opportunity to rectify, so won’t hold this against them.
Summary: It rains a lot in the rainforest, no surprises there, but what a great spot!

Positive: The design style of the house is quite interesting. It faces the sea, but the view is partially blocked by trees, so it’s not very direct. Still, it feels quite nice overall.
Negative: Our room is located quite far from the café, so we’ll need to plan our activities carefully to avoid walking back and forth too many times. The Western food wasn’t good and wasn’t worth the money.

Negative: Mistake in.our bookings resulted in people having to share beds. No suggestion or help how to solve problem. Forgot what was promised. That staff member then was rude and unresponsive.

Positive: The houses are located right in the jungle, so wild animals are your neighbors, and it's wonderful. There's a large, deserted beach where you can swim, although there were occasional waves. There's a village nearby with a food court where you can eat inexpensively. The resort offers a variety of activities; we walked several jungle trails, another wonderful memory. The breakfast portions could have been more filling, but overall it was good. Cleaning is done every day and very quickly. Staff was very friendly and nice
Negative: An important note: Wi-Fi is only available in the cafe, so if you're working remotely, stock up on data. Otherwise, no complaints, everything is great!

Positive: Love the vibe and location. Reasonably clean room. Excellent cold air conditioning. Nespresso Coffee maker!
Negative: Terrible wifi - almost non-existent. Clogged bathroom drainage which overflowed below the house dripping on us as we cross the path Terrible food served at the restaurant - had chicken chop, but the only thing hot were the fries. The rest were cold. The excuse was there were 2 other big groups of people having team building events in the same resort. Terrible breakfast spread. Not worth the money paid to stay at the resort.
