Positive: Real rainforest setting, close to nature, beautiful beach, nice treehouse, small coffee machine in treehouse, 3 tracks for jungle tracking, aircond an water heater, comfy bed.
Negative: Clogged shower room.

Positive: The houses are located right in the jungle, so wild animals are your neighbors, and it's wonderful. There's a large, deserted beach where you can swim, although there were occasional waves. There's a village nearby with a food court where you can eat inexpensively. The resort offers a variety of activities; we walked several jungle trails, another wonderful memory. The breakfast portions could have been more filling, but overall it was good. Cleaning is done every day and very quickly. Staff was very friendly and nice
Negative: An important note: Wi-Fi is only available in the cafe, so if you're working remotely, stock up on data. Otherwise, no complaints, everything is great!
Summary: A magical place, one of the most impressive I've ever experienced

Positive: Love the vibe and location. Reasonably clean room. Excellent cold air conditioning. Nespresso Coffee maker!
Negative: Terrible wifi - almost non-existent. Clogged bathroom drainage which overflowed below the house dripping on us as we cross the path Terrible food served at the restaurant - had chicken chop, but the only thing hot were the fries. The rest were cold. The excuse was there were 2 other big groups of people having team building events in the same resort. Terrible breakfast spread. Not worth the money paid to stay at the resort.

Positive: activity wise, best!! beach area well-maintained. staff are really helpful. those who wish to stay, not recommended family with senior citizens, decent for friends & family trip.
Negative: unfornately, my cabin (villa for 6) sliding door glass was crack. im afraid it could gone worst. glad, nothing bad happened. room also has no ironing facilities, no hairdryer. each room has no mirror. only one at the bathroom and one at the living area. mind you, please call earlier for paid bbq area for reservation (which im not aware). sadly even those who stay also need to pay for bbq area. why dont make it 'complimentary'.
Summary: decent, but maybe can consider improvement wherever lackings

Positive: The surrounding is cold and fresh. The cabin is pretty and the staff is quite hospitable.
Negative: The facilities provided were bare minimum but can be improved. For example: 1. Parking lot for cabin customer. I had a hard time finding parking for my car because the parking is shared with daily customers. 2. Cabin itself were not well maintained. The windows are not properly closed, the curtain cannot provide privacy because it cannot be properly covering the windows, the sliding door is terribly hard to lock and unlock. I stayed at cabin 18. Also, no hangers to hang clothes. 3. Facilities. The jungle pool needs to be clean daily. The water is obviously full of algae (the water is green). And also they can provide some bench along the road just so that people can actually enjoy the nature and relax while sitting. 4. Foods. The food could be improved. I ate Fried Noodles and Nasi Goreng Kampung at night which I ordered from delivery service within the facility. The noodle unfortunately was extremely salty and I could barely eat it. And please provide cutlery. For breakfast I ate Laksa Sarawak and Nasi Lemak. The only problem is the Laksa. Laksa barely had any taste. No. Actually there were no taste at all as if the chef forgot to uput spices, salts and msg. Yall really need to taste the food yall are providing to PAYING customers. Those foods are not free.
Summary: Well paid but the service could be better.

Positive: We loved the location, we loved the staff and the food at the little restaurant was wonderful.
Negative: The distance was a bit far for my husband that is disabled, but they were pretty helpful by picking him up with a golf cart and giving him a ride to the places we wanted to go on the property. So in actuality, we have zero complaints because this place was a 10 out of 10.♥️
