Summary: The best part of our stay was the front desk staff person, Michelle. She was excellent and very professional. We stayed over Labor Day weekend and ALL the parking spots near the resort were taken. We had to park offsite in a garage. The hallways were dirty and not maintained. Our room was fine, the beds and bedding were fine. The balcony was great! The only reason we will not return to this property is ... the kitchen and bathroom had a few tiny, crawling bugs on the wall, ceiling and floor and ants in the windowsill of the kitchenette.
