Positive: The hotel complex is very well designed, well maintained, and clean. It sits on a considerable sized plot of land, so we can have long walk in the morning on comfortable wide pavement while enjoying clean fresh air. In Indonesia, pedestrian friendly path is not granted. So I really like this. I booked this hotel because we’re travelling with a wheelchair bound elderly. And Mr Hasbi and the hotel staff have supported us throughout our stay. Again, disabled friendly property in Puncak is hard to find.

Negative: There were some hiccups and mishaps which I think should not happen considering the Ascott brand. But the management commitment to rectify the issues are clearly visible and appreciated.

Summary: Massive thanks to Mr Arga for his extraordinary customer service.
