Positive: The property is ideally located , with easy access, to Vilmoura , and faro airport, the staff are very friendly, the accommodation is beautiful and peaceful, and the food is amazing, we had a lovely relaxing holiday here ,

Positive: Confortable beds, clean bathroom and clean room
Negative: The hallway floor was very dirty...need a deep scrub, the pool close to our room 1216A vas very dirty with green line on the edge of the pool....discusting.....after 4 days and 4 times to go and tell them...they clean it...the food is very expensive...we payed for chiken wings and one kids pasta bolognese 48€😞😞😞

Positive: Clean rooms, open to garden area, nice pool and large breakfast buffet. Lots of space for kids to run around. Golf buggies asssited to get bags from reception to room.
Negative: cant walk to restaurants or shops in surrounding village

Positive: The overall property is very beautiful. The restaurant along the lake is eye catching.
Negative: I think for a 5 star hotel the outdoor pool should be completely operational with the waterfall working. Also the blue liner is very outdated. At breakfast there should be 2 people making the omelets. The line up was very long.
Summary: Perfect weekend getaway.

Positive: Outdoor pools are really good with many sun loungers. The breakfast was really good and have gluten free options. The rooms were clean and with good areas. Great hotel to realax by the pool.
Negative: Most of the restaurant and bar employees didn't speak Portuguese and some barely speak English.
