Summary: This property was sparkling clean and the kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and cookware. We appreciated the washer and dryer as our stay was long term. The home was spacious, bright and happy. We spent a lot of time in the Florida room drinking our coffee and watching the sun come up, and after dark cocktails. The surrounding area has lots to offer for those that like to get thier exercise in. The Pinellas Trail is beautiful and goes for as far as you would like to walk, bicycle, or run. Seminole City Park hosted daily Yoga sessions just 3 miles down the trail. The Taylor County Park was full of wildlife, birds and gators, just 2 miles in the opposite direction. The host was very courteous and prompt to address issues. The neighborhood was very quiet with the exception of the barking dog that belonged to the tenant that was renting space in the attached garage. We did not realize this was a shared property.

Summary: My wife and myself stayed in this property for 49 nights It was as advertised, and we were very pleased Being centrally, located for shopping, the beach, County and city parks it was very easy to get around The backyard being fenced, was a plus since we were traveling with our small dog Thank you very much Giovanni oh and by the way the lights in the backyard do not work

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay! As VRBO owners ourselves we know how properties should be- this was a fantastic property and the owners were amazing to work with! The house was equipped with everything we needed ( the owners even bought our dog a little toy to play with!) The home is close to everything and the fenced yard is a huge plus! Cannot wait to go back!!

Summary: The host are amazing. Excellent communication. Even invited me for Christmas dinner when they realized I would be alone. Firm beds, excellent back yard for big dog, fire pit, stocked kitchen, air purifiers in rooms. I have stayed at about 30-40 places the last few years. Hands down this was one of the best.
