Summary: We had an incredible time with our 2 tiny pups. The pictures do not do the place justice. Jim is a very gracious host. A sweet gift upon our arrival and so many unexpected touches. Jim also reached out to us to let us know that the place was ready and if we wanted to check in early we could. It was an easy walk to Carlsbad Village and the Beach. We would definitely like to visit again.

Summary: The cottage is wonderful including an awesome fenced in yard. Our host Jim was very helpful and friendly. Overall, I highly recommend this cottage which is a short walk to the beach and downtown.

Summary: This was one of the easiest places we have ever stayed at. Everything from the check in to the outdoor lights was stress free. A fantasic yard that the pictures didn't really capture. The inside space was cozy and well layed out. Very pet friendly. Really loved this place and can't wait to stay again.

Summary: My fiance (now wife) and I stayed here for our wedding weekend and it absolutely delivered more than we could have asked for. The pictures don't do it justice, the space and vibes are immaculate. Will be returning for an anniversary in the future!

Summary: This property is amazing. This is our second stay here and we will be back again. The house is very nice and clean with thoughtful touches like a water cooler. We had a lovely card and gift waiting for us as return guests. The showstopper is the yard. It is incredibly private and beautiful. There is a covered patio with heaters and large dining table, chaiselounges and a fire pit. It has everything you need to enjoy the outdoors no matter what the weather. Our dog loved it as well. You can also park inside the gate which was nice. The size of the yard is unheard of a couple blocks from the beach. You can walk to everything in the village and there are lots of shops and restaurants. We didn’t even use our car some days.
