The Space:
Take a short Uber ride to Downtown Nashville or Music Row and explore the art and history of this gorgeous city! Check out the Country Music Hall of fame, indulge in delicious foods like the Nashville hot chicken or BBQ, or check out the numerous local breweries.
The colorful and chic living room greets you with comfortable seating gathered around a Smart TV (Netflix, Disney +, ESPN, etc. capable - subscriptions not included). The retro kitchen offers a blender, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, electric stovetop, and more to make you feel right at home. Enjoy a hearty breakfast in the comfort of your own home before hitting the town.
Both bedrooms are on the 1st floor and share a Jack n Jill style bathroom. Each bedroom features colorful blue walls and stylish gold tones. The main bedroom holds a King bed and Smart TV and the 2nd bedroom has a King bed. Both bedrooms have their own balcony.

Summary: Nice option for my husband, young adult daughter and me for a holiday visit to see family. It was a little tricky to find initially, but it was quiet and very convenient.

Summary: This two bedroom apartment was spotless clean and cozy. The large living room/kitchen was inviting and comfortable with a very large tv. TVs are in both bed rooms. The apartment has everything one needs, and is light and bright. It is perfectly located between downtown Nashville and the suburbs, easy access to both. There is a large shopping center across the street. Super convenient! The management of the apartment is very communicative and helpful in every way. I highly recommend this place and intend to stay there in the future. No complaints, all pluses!!

Summary: Clean property. Very roomy and not in a bad location at all. Uber got us quickly downtown to broadway. Check-in was super easy as well. Would stay again!

Summary: I’m more picky than most, and my friends were more laid back than I! Once I got past the little things, we enjoyed our stay to the fullest!!! It was a girls weekend of catching up and relaxing. No agendas, no plans! Just like a slumber party really. There were two of us that stayed and were given two towels each, I was fine, but my counterpart needed a few extra. Parking for C was confusing because there was only one marked for C but three for D! It’s a tight space for parking and the signs that state no parking 7:00am-6:00 pm were not abided to! The ice maker was not hooked up and made some noise. I do like coffee and there was a coffee maker and keurig and pods but no creamer or sugar/sweetner. The only other thing we both noticed was a non slip strip for bath tub that was a safety hazard. These small issues aside, it was truly enjoyable and we both slept extremely well in the king beds!! Nice and peaceful!

Summary: Great location. Across from target. Not to far from downtown. Home was spacious and welcoming but lots of gnats coming from somewhere not in the home.

Summary: Bed spreads with stains on them, carpet with stains on them. No extra blankets. Some of the cups were still dirty and needed washed. Only 4 towels no extra for use. For cooking there were very few utensils to use. No ice in ice maker nor able to make ice in ice maker. The location was not well marked, a little difficult to find. Air conditioning worked and otherwise kitchen and living space was nice.

Summary: We had a wonderful time staying here. The area was great, nice and private and quiet (was a little hard for Lyft and Doordash to find sometimes). The only thing we wish was different was that the balconies could have been usable, they were blocked off due to construction, but unfortunately that was a lot of the reason that we booked this location. Thank you for the stay.

Summary: My dad had bypass surgery at Ascension St. Thomas, and this property was 3 minutes from the hospital. It was more affordable than the surrounding hotels with far more space. It was a good “home base” for my mom and I to trade off time between the hospital so that one of us could get some sleep in a real bed and have a shower. It was a hard week for us, but the convenience of this property made the process just a bit easier for us. For people that rent this property, the entry door is tucked around the left corner of the carport under the building. There are two parking spots, one is labeled under the wooden deck for the D condo. The other is the middle spot of the carport under the condo, but it isn’t labeled. I had to call to figure that out, but that wasn’t a big deal. I just wanted to make sure I didn’t park in someone else’s spot. The parking lot is a bit tight, so just beware if you have a large vehicle like a Suburban. I have a mid-size SUV though, and I was fine getting in and out. 3 big tv’s with cable. Kitchen is well stocked with smaller appliances that you don’t always get in rentals as well as cooking utensils. Very nice rental and a reasonable price point.
