Summary: Such a well decorated and well maintained home. Close to Downtown and Over the Rine. I was visiting the University of Cincinnati for parents weekend and this was the perfect house. It was very comfortable and welcoming. The owners supplied us with everything we needed to make sure our stay was great. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Summary: My family and I were blown away when we got inside! We have stayed at many rentals now, not one of several, have EVER accommodated our furry child so thoroughly! Our children had a meltdown thinking they may have to board our dog so finding this place was a blessing on its own. Walking in and finding that he even had his own room, kennel, bed, oh but there is more, bowls for his food and water… and a fenced in yard for him to run freely safely, under supervision, just wow! The air upstairs that everyone is mentioning, if you close a few vents downstairs, it pushes more air through the upstair vents and solves that. I love the preservation of the authenticity of the inside doorknobs. Everything was straightforward and everything necessary was addressed at confirmation of my reservation. Easy! Thank you for allowing our pup to come with us, making our trip possible!!!

Summary: This was a great place for us to stay. It was close to everything we needed to handle in Newport. Only took us 15 minutes to travel back and forth to the house from our activities. Love the fact that it’s pet friendly. It’s not easy to find someone to watch your pets when you need to go out of town. Neighbor was a little tight for the truck and trailer we had to bring with us but luckily we found parking for the trailer near by. We would stay here again.

Summary: The house was fine not the cleanest (hair in drains) but was ok, however the cost nearly tripled with fees, the trash filled yard next door and the weird guy on the porch smoking his marijuana pipe was less than desirable. I could’ve easily found a hotel for this cost and had free breakfast.
